One of the delightful features of life at Palermo is the pleasant relief provided by our beautiful podium (Level 3) and gardens. Take a stroll around, sit for a while on the podium and enjoy the gardens. You may even be motivated to help with the gardens!
GYMNASIUM
& SWIMMING POOL
The gymnasium and swimming pool are located on the corner of Hill Road and Nuvolari Place. The swipe-accessible gym/pool facilities are available for daily use by yourself and a very limited number of guests (two per apartment is considered fair) between the hours of 7.00am and 9.00pm.
BICYCLE STORAGE
Bicycle storage areas are located throughout the car parks. Bicycles should not be brought through Palermo foyers or stairwells.

COMMUNITY FEATURES
The Community Library has a collection of fiction, reference and local periodical publications. A book-swap and borrowing facility is available. Open Monday – Saturday 9.00-5.00pm. Volunteers staff the library from 10am to 12pm Monday – Saturday.
An on-line hub where you will find out what’s on and where to meet other local friendly residents. Listed are all social activities, including all you need to know about our local sporting clubs, exercise classes, entertainment, dining, special offers and much more.
